The Home-Work housing model is targeted toward neighborhoods with a large concentration of entrepreneurially-minded residents and small business owners who could benefit from a work/live arrangement within their residential community. The building podium contains a variety of commercial spaces, work shops, and parking spaces, while the upper levels include a variety of affordable housing units, connected by shared outdoor spaces intended to foster a strong sense of ownership and community cohesion among the residents within the development.
