DAA partnered with Omaha’s fastest-growing tech startup, Workshop, to design their new headquarters in the Ashton Building at Millwork Commons. The flexible, open office layout fosters collaboration and growth, with team-oriented neighborhoods across the space. A central feature, The Cube, serves as both a pantry and dining area, offering versatile seating for individual meetings, group discussions, and team collaborations. This space also hosts weekly all-hands meetings, acting as a central hub for the team. Surrounding the open office area are parklets - plant filled seating areas accommodating different types of meeting and work, and dynamic meeting areas and phone rooms, designed with bold colors to complement the neutral office tones and support both solo work and team interactions.
