In conjunction with Hoppe Development, DAA developed a masterplan for an infill development in the City of Hastings. The masterplan includes single-family houses, apartments, and a community center. A portion of the project responds to the need for affordable senior housing and has been awarded NIFA funding with construction starting in 2025.
