In conjunction with the city of Lexington and Hoppe Development, DAA developed a masterplan for a 15-acre site in Southeast Lexington. The city requested a lake be one element of the plan. DAA used this opportunity to develop the housing and circulation around the lake creating a pedestrian path that would connect the community. The masterplan includes rowhouses, single-family houses, and apartments. A portion of the project responds to Lexington's need for affordable senior housing and has been awarded NIFA funding with construction starting in 2023.
