This masterplan for a 44-acre site provided for approximately 650 residential units spread throughout single family residences, townhouse, and multi-family apartment buildings. Included is a small commercial component and an existing church on the site. Of primary importance to developing the plan for this new neighborhood was creating shared spaces and walkability.
