Gatehouse Rows

Gatehouse Rows is a 98-unit affordable housing development in Lincoln, Nebraska, offering a blend of comfort and connection. Each unit features a welcoming front porch, creating a seamless transition from the public street to the private space of home. The development is composed of five building clusters, thoughtfully arranged on a long, narrow site nestled between the Hartley neighborhood and Wyuka Cemetery. The community includes one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, a renovated caretaker house serving as a clubhouse and leasing office, a community garden, a playground, and a linear walking trail.
