DAA transformed the ground floor of the triangular shaped tip of Omaha's Flatiron Building into Dirty Bird's first stand-alone restaurant. A straight-forward yet graphic palette of paint and vinyl composite tile provide a backdrop to custom designed picnic benches and a growing collection of artwork and plants.
